Terms And Conditions

1) All studio time booked will be made at least 48 hours in advance unless discussed beforehand.

2) All studio time will be made around my Letterman schedule, which does change from time to time with little notice.

3) Any cancelations must be made 24 at least hours in advance via phone, e-mail, or in person.

4) If a client does not show to a scheduled recording session for a package deal without notifying Mintz Productions by any of the methods above, then Mintz Productions reserves the right to cancel the deal and charge the hourly rate for any future studio time used.

5) Payment is due in 2 halfs 1/2 prior to starting to record and 1/2 done prior to delivery of master media. Unless otherwise arranged.

6) The client is to be prepared for the recording sessions for non hourly rates...Mintz Productions is happy to give the package deal but if the client is not prepared for the sessions and wastes time figuring out songs, learning songs, etc...then you will be notified, warned, and if things dont progess, charged hourly. The great deals are only for prepared artists.....

7) The above term does not imply you cant experiment with sounds, new parts etc that you couldnt do in practice or live, but we have worked with bands that clearly were not ready to record and nothing was accomplished that is what that term is aimed at preventing.

8) The package deal ONLY includes recording and mixing services, mastering is done at the hourly rate of $25/hr as is any additional recording above the agreed upon package deal. Audio CD's are extra at the posted rate but feel free to bring your own CD-R's to save you the expense as we will burn to those instead of our stock.
